Instantly recognizable by its radical flared, sharp Florentine double cutaways and dramatic stylized F-holes, this instrument pairs bold mid-century Japanese design with warm, acoustic-electric resonance.
The guitar features an arched top and back constructed from figured exotic rosewood laminate, showcasing dark vertical grain figuring accented by multi-ply aged white binding. It is powered by a pair of original Japanese-made vintage single-coil pickups housed in chrome surrounds with cream center inserts, delivering a chiming, open voice that transitions from woody jazz and blues cleans to biting, microphonic garage-rock grit when pushed.
Controls include master tone and volume knobs, a 3-way pickup selector switch, and an upper-bout master kill/slide switch plate.
