Made in the distinct style popularized by Bobby Lee and Trophy Products, sterile unbranded straps like this were widely supplied to distributors and manufacturers to include inside hard cases for brands like Gibson, Fender, Guild, Harmony, and golden-era Japanese imports.
Built with a traditional 5/8" black bridle leather belt and natural tan underside, it features an upgraded moisture-resistant quilted black vinyl foam cushion pad with an integrated leather slide channel. Designed for enhanced durability, the lower instrument tab features reinforced border stitching around the button slot to prevent stretch or tear under heavy use. Having never been mounted to an instrument, the leather is flexible, the button slots remain virgin and un-stretched, and the piece shows only light cosmetic oxidation on the wire buckle and gentle storage curl from decades in warehouse inventory.
