Jupiter is the very first guitar Valiant Guitars made.
Our luthiers were developing a versatile platform for
many years and the result was achieved with Jupiter.
It is versatile, but not too complicated, offset,
but classy, it has many faces,
but always stays true.
UNIQUE DESIGN AND MATERIALS
All Jupiter guitars are equipped with proprietary
Valiant Guitars SWIFT-RS duralumin bridge with
bell-bronze saddles, providing tuning stability,
complimenting our esthetic, and improving
tonal characteristics. All made in-house.
UNIQUE WIRING
Sophisticated wiring on most of
our Jupiters is provided by two
slider switches on the upper "fin"
and 3-way switch on the lower
bout of the body.
Both of those slider switches have
three positions, which are parallel,
series and single-coil modes that
give a total of nine very usable
positions.
Using each pickup separately
and combined you can get
uncountable number of tones
by engaging or disengaging the
No-Load tone pot, two extra
distinct settings available
to your "color palette".
SELECTED PICKUPS
We choose the best possible humbuckers for all our Jupiters like Riff Raff set from Bare
Knuckle Pickups as an example, that will stay even regarding volume level in every position
and maintain its major characteristics. They are PAF-like with tighter bass frequencies and
pleasant bite. Some Jupiter models are equipped with our own Valiant pickups with the
similar characteristics and top-grade quality.
STABILITY AND COMFORT
We’ve chosen European alder body with a quarter-sawn or 5-piece titanium-reinforced
maple neck for extra stability as time-approved tonewoods. 12" fingerboard radius is
comfortable for almost every player looking for a golden resolution between modern
flat radiuses and vintage ones. To ensure proper string vibration and tuning comfort
Bell-Bronze nut and string trees were installed. Jupiter is equipped with Gotoh 510
series or Graph Tech Ratio locking tuners along with Valiant Guitars SWIFT-RS
duralumin bridge with adjustable casted brass saddles.
RELIABLE
ELECTRONIC COMPONENTS
The electronics on the Jupiter are from
the world’s best suppliers and usually
consist of No-Load tone pot, PureTone
jack, which is tight and snug, and CTS
volume pot. No-Load tone pot is a
tone-altering tool, where position "10"
acts as an off switch and does not
engage our military spec tone cap
resulting in more high-end into a signal.
Slight of a turn engages capacitor,
acting like a regular tone pot. We are
using a 500k potentiometer from CTS to
ensure the longevity of service of your
volume pot.
HIGH GRADE MATERIALS
We extendedly use duralumin, which is
an alloy, commonly used in the aircraft
industry for its superior to steel qualities,
such as weight reduction and hardness.
Our bridge assembly, neck plates, cavity
covers are made of duralumin to underline
exquisite look, enhance shielding, and
provide quality tonal transfer from one
part of a guitar to another
